一本の坂道を登り光の射す緑のトンネルを抜けると、宮崎市を一望でき、観光客や市民の憩いの場所として親しまれている平和台公園があります。 |
宮崎の食材にこだわって作られたオーガニック料理を提供している、県立平和台公園内にあるレストラン。お勧めを受けたのでやって来た。
入店して1590円を前払いして、レッツ！バイキング！惣菜は約30種、ドリンクはおよそ10種はあり、パンの他にご飯は白米と玄米の2種類が用意されている。
この日出されていたのは、スパイシーチキンカレー、ハッシュドチキン、きびなごの佃煮、米茄子の南蛮漬け、加藤えのき南蛮、ムツの煮付け..etc.と汁物は鶏ごぼう汁、ミネストローネの2種類で、どれも味はグッド！であった。
冷蔵されているデザートは最初受付で貰った葉っぱのしおりと交換で、ショーケース内の6種類からひとつ選択するシステムだ。今回杏仁豆腐とミカンのコンフィをいただいた。ヨーグルトやぜんざいは食べ放題に含まれている。
メニューを見たらお酒も用意されており、ビール、ワイン、宮崎焼酎が数種類ラインナップされているので、夜にお酒を飲みながらこれらをつまむのも良いだろう。
この種類の多さやしっかりした内容であればコスパは良い方だと感じた。地元の野菜がふんだんに使われており、たまにはこんなマクロビオティック全開な食事もいいものだ。
