美味しくて健康になると多くのお客様からお声をいただいています。
一本の坂道を登り光の射す緑のトンネルを抜けると、宮崎市を一望でき、観光客や市民の憩いの場所として親しまれている平和台公園があります。 |
お天気だったので初めて平和台公園へ行ってみました。
小高い場所にあり、眺めの良い場所でした！
桜はもうだいぶ散ってしまっていたけれど、新緑が眩しかったです(^-^)
そんな公園の第一駐車場のすぐ横にブッフェレストランsizenがあります。
入店後、先にお会計をして席に着きます。
子供、中学生以上、シニアで料金設定されています。
初めての旨伝えると親切に取り方を説明してくださりました。
店内中央に厨房があり、囲むように周りのカウンターにお料理やドリンクが並んでいます。デザートは壁側にありヨーグルトやフルーツが並んでいて、更に冷蔵ケースの中のケーキ類は入口で渡された葉っぱのチケットと引き換えに１つだけ選べます。
サラダは何種類もの野菜が入っていました。
ドレッシングも５〜6種類あったと思います。
私は燻製ドレッシングにしたのですが、これがとっても美味しかったです！
普段、家でドレッシングは自分で作る派ですが、燻製は家でできないので売ってたら良いのにと思いました。
おかずは野菜がメインで、和、洋、印とありました。
タンドリーチキン等もありました。
ドリンクもハーブティー、オーガニック紅茶、黒豆茶、玄米茶等体に良さそうなものがたくさんあって、色々飲んでみたくなります(^^)
頑張ってアイスレモングラスティー、紅茶、キンカンシロップの炭酸割りを飲みましたが、とても美味しかったです。

公園で自然を満喫してこちらでヘルシーなお料理を頂くって最高ですね！
