宮崎訪問1日目の夜は、旧知の方との会食です。
こちらのお店もその方の指定でした。
居酒屋さんですけど、郷土の材料をふんだんに使うことをポリシーにしているのがわかります。
どのお料理も満足のいく内容。
特にタラの白子がとても美味しかったけど、これは宮崎っぽくないですね。
宮崎的なもので言うとメヒカリ。
これは深海魚だそうで、目が光ってるからメヒカリ（そのまま）
これの唐揚げは、魚の脂がすごく乗ってて最高でしたね。
郷土料理をつまみに昔話に花が咲き、奢ってもくれて、最高の会食でした。
