決して意識しているわけではないのですが、普段創作和食のお店にはあまり足が向いていない私。今回は地元の方に案内されて、宮崎で評判のこちらに。コースでいただきました。
宮崎食材を生かしたお皿の数々は、どれもひと手間、ふた手間かけたお品ですが、やり過ぎや、奇をてらうというのとは違って、素材がしっかり生かされている上に、とにかくお酒が進んでしまいます。お料理自体の味が濃い、というのではなく、ポイントでカラスミを使うなど、酒飲みの心鷲掴み的な的を射ている感じで。
宮崎に来た際には再訪したいと思いますが、次はアラカルトでいただきたいです。
