2020年11月21日に訪問しました。
特急きりしまで一路、鹿児島中央駅から宮崎入りです。
19時30分前後に宮崎到着、ホテルにチェックインをし、
こちらのお店にやってきました。
宮崎駅前から徒歩3分程度のところにある居酒屋さんです。
訪問をすごく楽しみにしていたお店です。
生ビールで乾杯です。
さて、頂いたものは、下記のとおりです。
アジの活き造り
へべすぶり刺し
赤鶏レバ刺し
宮崎牛しゃぶ鉄板焼き
メヒカリの天ぷら
飫肥天
魚ロッケ
などです。
へべすぶり、脂が乗って非常美味しいお刺身でした。
美味しいです。アジの活き造りものすごく新鮮です。
噛みごたえも抜群、味わいも深く、美味しい。
赤鶏のレバ刺しくさみが全く有りません。
絶妙な味わいの鶏レバーです。
お酒の肴に嬉しい限りです。
すべてがおしいくてたまりません。
お肉は宮崎牛しゃぶ鉄板焼を頂きました。
玉ねぎと宮崎牛の絶妙なコラボレーション、
美味しいです。ご飯をいただきたくなります。
でも、この後うどんを食べに行くために我慢我慢・・
最後は、メヒカリの天ぷら熱々ホクホク、
揚げたてのメヒカリ絶妙な小魚の味わいを堪能できます。
ぐびぐびビールも進みます。
そして真打ち登場
飫肥天と魚ロッケ宮崎の郷土料理です。
これ本当に美味しい練り物です。
妻とバクバク、美味しい美味しいと言いながらいただきました。
なんとも味わい深いのでしょう。
宮崎を嬉しい美味しい料理でスタートできました。
お店の方、皆さんの優しさが嬉しい限り。
居心地のいい空間を提供してくれています。
