宮崎市橘通りにある居酒屋さん「八州」です。
宮崎、福岡、佐賀、長崎、大分、熊本、鹿児島、沖縄で八州ですね。
なぜ九州なのだろう・・・
名前の通り九州の食材をふんだんに使ったお店ですね。
今回は県外（東京都、兵庫県）のお客さんをおもてなしです。
個室になっていて、とっても上品で落ち着いた雰囲気です。
まずは「プレミアムモルツ」で乾杯です。
料理は一人分づつ、小鉢やお皿に複数品のせたものです。
「胡麻豆腐にトビコ」
「鴨ロースト（ワサビ添え）、鯖の竜田揚げ、銀杏、さつま芋」
上品ですね。お酒も「ハイボール」に、なかなか濃い目でＯＫです。
「鶏の照り焼き、茄子味噌、カボチャサラダ、茶わん蒸し」
茶わん蒸しは、アオサ海苔がたっぷりでおいしい。
お酒は「焼酎ロック」に
「冷豚しゃぶサラダの生春巻き」
「マイタケとシシトウの揚げ物」です。
食べやすくていいですね。野菜もたっぷり。
ご飯ものは
「アサリごはん」「味噌汁」
アサリごはんは生姜がきいていて、〆にいいですね。
デザートは「アイスクリーム」です。
とっても気分良く飲めました。
お客さんをもてなすにはいいお店ですね。
