宮崎市で仕事を終えたのが午後6時。翌日は祝日で休みですが、これから鹿児島経由で福岡に帰ることを想像すると気が遠くなりそうでした。宮崎市で1泊してから帰ろう。
夕食はBMしていた「たまひろ」さんへ。宮崎のマイレビ様が高評価するお店です。当日の直前予約で訪問。
年配の男性と女性の2人で切り盛りされています。ご夫婦かな？ ちょうど数人のグループ 2組が食事を始めたばかり、お店から『始まったばかりなのでお出しするのが遅くなります』と言われました。全然問題なしです。もう仕事は終わったし、ゆっくりでいいですよ。
生ビール(小)で喉を潤した後は日本酒。宮崎の日本酒が数銘柄用意されています。お店の人に『辛い日本酒が苦手で、フルーティな味の銘柄はありますか？』と尋ねたところ、宮崎市の雲海酒造さんの「綾錦」を奨められました。300mlの瓶入りです。
日本酒と一緒に「イカの沖漬け」が提供されました。注文はしていないのですが、『料理が提供されるまで食べてください』とお店からのサービスでした。やさしい心遣いにほっこりします。
注文した料理は、天然鮎の塩焼き、新ごぼうの唐揚げ、スズメバチ佃煮、牛ホルモン鉄板焼き。
蜂のメニューは「ハチの子の天ぷら」もありましたが、天ぷらにすると蜂の子の姿が見えないので「ススメバチ佃煮」を選択しました。日本酒のアテによく合いました。若い頃に高千穂出張で「ススメバチ素揚げ」をいただきました。これは香ばしくて焼酎のアテによかったことを懐かしく思い出しました。
店名に『郷土料理』と付いています。郷土料理かどうかはわかりませんが、鹿肉、猪肉、馬肉を提供しています。鹿肉は料理によって、馬肉は部位によって価格が異なります。猪肉はにおいが強いのか、塩焼きのみです。鹿肉：刺身、ユッケ、ステーキ、骨付き肉のうま煮

生ビール(小)、日本酒300ml 1本、お通し、料理4品で4,400円。リーズナブルでした。次回は鹿肉か猪肉を注文しようと思います。
