久しぶりの宮崎の最初の食事は
青島の近くのこちらへ
青島ホステルの一角に入っているけど駐車場が？
とりあえず道路挟んだ反対側の駐車場に停めてこちらへ
(駐車場はここで合っていました)
海鮮系の丼、御膳、単品メニューがありますが、あんまり見たことのない魚益いちおしの肉まみれ海鮮丼を
味噌汁付き
ご飯大盛り無料です。
醤油は2種類、青島の甘口と濃口醤油が卓上に置いてあります。
さてさて肉まみれ海鮮丼
宮崎牛、うに、イクラ、ネギトロがたっぷり
さらに中から半熟卵が
まずは宮崎牛を塩で
肉甘いです。
次に青島醤油で
飽きたら
鰹出汁でお茶漬けに
肉は塩が一番良かったです
もともと具材が多いのと、最後にお茶漬けにするのでご飯は絶対大盛りにすべきですね
宮崎でもPADで注文、食べ終わった皿はロボットが運び(料理は店員さんが持ってきます)、会計はセルフレジみたいな機械がどんと。(毎回店員さんが横で対応してくれます)
そんな時代なんですね
