ランチ営業でしたので
ランチタイムに入店です。
まずはコロナ対策、ちゃんと万全。
意識に高さをを感じます。
カウンター席で、ランチメニューから「海鮮漬け丼」650円を注文です。
店内は、「ヤクルトスワローズ」一色ですね。

さて「海鮮漬け丼」
想定とは違い、練り胡麻たっぷり、ゴマ風味です。
でも、これが美味しい、濃厚でねっとり感があって、ご飯にむちゃ合う。
ちゃんと出汁茶漬けにできるように、「お出汁」がついてるのもうれしい。
出汁茶漬けに、どのタイミングでするのか
「漬け丼」を食べるのも、楽しいですね。
そして、「出汁茶漬け」
ゴマの風味が、出汁の風味に溶け込んで最高！おいしい。
これをランチ、650円で堪能できるのはうれしい。
お店の方も、とっても誠意が感じられる名店。
