こちらのお店は初めてでしたね。
炉端焼きとあったのですが、どちらかというと海鮮居酒屋的なイメージですね。炭火焼きのような感覚ではないかなと。付きだしの鰹のたたきのようなのがとても美味しかったです。
注文したのは、ねぎま、豚バラ、皮。タコ酢の物、卵焼き、松茸土瓶蒸し。
焼鳥は普通に美味しかったんですが、やっぱり専門店には劣りますね。
タコは結構根性のある固めのタコでした。卵焼きは甘めの味付けで落ち着く味がしましたね。土瓶蒸しは流石です。香りよく、松茸の歯応えもサクッとして美味しかったです。
そして、壁を見たら以前お会いしたことのある我が神(吉田類さん)と最近とても身近に感じるようになった松田丈志さんの色紙がありました。やっぱ有名店だし来る人もVIPだなと。
