延岡によく行ってた頃の話です。お昼は新しいお店を開拓しようと思い，ネットで検索しました。天領うどん愛宕店よりも手前の道に入ると彌作さんの案内ゲートがあります。細い道先には本当にお店があるのだろうかと少々不安を抱えて進むと玄関が現れました。完全な民家だと思いました。お昼前だったのでまだお客はいません。カウンター右端に座り，カツ丼を注文しました。店主さんは目の前で調理してくださりました。
期待以上に美味しいカツ丼でした。職人気質とはこういうことだと思いました。また行きたいです。
