インディアンウィスキー。 : Bisu nu

Previously, I was in a bar in Miyazaki City that served Indian whiskey, and I heard that India is the number one country in the world for whiskey consumption. Apparently domestic consumption is huge. So, it seems that they also have Indian whiskey here, but this time I had Indian beer. If I drink whiskey, I might not be able to walk home. I mean, this was my second bar. I was a little crazy to walk to Aeon after all. But it was worth the walk, and I enjoyed Indian Cuisine. It was very delicious. Tandoori chicken is a classic. It comes on a piping hot iron plate. It goes well with beer. The samosa is like Croquette. Mutton masala is super spicy. It's delicious. This is a curry I'd like to eat again. I enjoyed the delicious Indian Cuisine. Well, I ate lunch a little early, so I'm having dinner early. Actually, I've been feeling unwell for some reason yesterday and the day before. I'm guessing it's something to do with my autonomic nervous system. I ended up walking nearly 10km to do some rehabilitation walking and to take in some spices that would have a great effect on my autonomic nervous system. But. I think the cheese in this cheese naan far exceeds the calories of the distance I walked. (lol) What's more, I'm on my second bottle of Corona beer after the first salad and soup. That's nuts. And now, about the food. It seems like lunch time has long passed, but I was able to order normally. A curry set with two choices. I chose chicken and keema eggs. The long, thin thing in the chicken curry is ginger. Keema eggs are boiled eggs in keema. It's good to compare the two types because you can see their individuality more clearly. The spices are as expected. Great effect. I feel like sweat is pouring out of my face. However, the spiciness seems to be closer to Japan. The spicy level is about as spicy as Java curry. Yes, I got a little numb. Thinking back, I've been to Nomson in Osaka and Ajanta in Tokyo, so I'm glad I went for the super spicy option. That aside, the Corona beer works really well. It cuts the aftertaste in a good way. The salad is also really delicious. The mysterious dressing is still there. It's a feature of this type of restaurant. The soup has a shrimp flavor. It's just very delicious. I think this is also one of the mysteries. The dessert is quite sweet, but it quickly softens the spiciness. It's a great carrot-and-stick effect. That said, I'm a food freak, so I don't need any candy! This restaurant is also a place where you can drink all day long. And it's a rare place because it serves foreign cuisine. I think it's good to strengthen your immune system with spices at a time like this. The customer was from a foreign country, but the service was very polite and wonderful. Thank you for the meal!

こういう本場のインドカレーは初めて食べました。もちろんナンも。意外とふかふかとしてるんですね。もっとカリカリだと思ってました。
最初はビックリしましたね。日本人ですけど。
ナンがデカイ。
そして、今回は日替わりで辛さは自分で選択できて、辛口でした。まだまだいけますね。ドカンとくる辛さではなくて辛いけど旨いなーと思える辛さでした。
スパイスたっぷりであんなにちょうどよく味が整うのが不思議でしたね。
ちょっとこの辛さに挑みたくなってます。
どこまでいけるのか。
インドの方が普段たべる辛さはどのくらいなのか一度聞いてみようかなと。
