おがわ作小屋のおがわ四季御前。 まさに平成の桃源郷と呼ぶにふさわしい風光明媚な場所におがわ作小屋はありました。 宮崎空港から車で1時間ほど？360度豊かな緑にかこまれ、清流に面するかやぶき屋根の古民家にて… 見てください。まるで芸術作品のごとく、美しいお料理。白い小鉢が16皿‼️わあ〜すごいと声をあげずにいられない。 手をかけ、心をこめた地元の食材が一品一品鮮やかに盛り付けられ、、、 もう…どこかのお姫様にでもなった気分 8月のおがわ四季御前 南瓜・椎茸煮しめおから天鹿南蛮ワサビ・こんにゃく・筍煮しめ筍のキンピラシソ寒天梅の甘露煮ゴーヤの佃煮イモガラの酢の物小川豆腐カラーピーマンの和え物おからサラダお漬物梅の天ぷら地こんにゃくの刺身ゆずみそ 山菜メインで、田舎のおばあちゃんの手作り料理風。添加物や保存料などに頼らず食材の良さを生かしたお料理の数々。 私、今回おがわ作小屋で鹿肉を初めて食べましたなんとなく、かたいイメージがあったんだけど意外と柔らかい！クセもなく、あっさりで美味しいのね！ おから、大好き〜。おからの天ぷらなんて珍しい。 自分じゃ作らないから嬉しい美味しい
16品もの小鉢だけでなく、ごはんと素麺もつくので かなりお腹いっぱいに。 地元の方々の愛情たっぷりなおがわ四季御前。 とても身体によい食材ばかり多く使われていて食育を思いあらためる良い機会にもなりました。
