バスをチャーターし、天然鮎を食べに行くツアー、食べログではまだまだ新人なのにお誘いいただきまして参加させていただきました。
天然鮎をこんなに満喫出来るコース、みちちは本当に生きていて良かった♪としみじみ感じました。
特に美味しかったのは、「セゴシ」。甘辛い味噌だれでいただきました。身がプリプリしていて新鮮。感動です（≧∇≦）
お酒にもワインにも合います。思わず拍手しちゃいました。
焼き鮎も、子持ちで卵部分が美味☆*:.｡. o(≧▽≦)o .｡.:*☆うま〜い。
塩焼きと、味噌だれと両方いただきましたが、どちらも美味しかったぁ。
料理が美味しすぎて、お酒飲み過ぎてしまいました(^^;;
本当に最高でした。
