2年前からパートナーが行きたいと言っていた
鮎やな、今回初めて伺うことができました。
今年もあまり捕れてないようですが、
何とかシーズン中に伺うことができました。
天然鮎の人気店で予約のみとなります。
特別注文のセット鮎（特大）5,000円～は
前日まで予約が必要ということで、お料理までは
予約していなかったので、今回はパートナーは
Aセット 鮎350ｇ 3,800円
鮎南蛮 すいとん 鮎めし 酢の物 香の物
私がCセット 鮎210ｇ 2,800円
セット内容はAセットと同じです。
Bセットは鮎が280ｇとなります。
鮎が焼かれる様子はとても興味深いものでした。
パートナーのセットは鮎が大きく、
一匹はメスで卵がたくさん入っていました♪
卵も美味しい！！
Cセットでも香の物以外は全て鮎が入っていますがので、
十分満足できるセット内容でした。
初めての鮎やな見学と天然鮎づくし
季節感と風情があり、とても良かったです。
毎年伺いたいなと思いました。
