宮崎県延岡市で新規開拓。飲み屋街を歩き回り、なんとなく入りやすい店構えだった「楽酒 ほっこり」さんに入店。
当日は女性2人で営業されていました。店主と思われる女性は私と同年代、もう1人は若い女性。2人とも話しかけやすい。女性がやっているお店は雰囲気がやわらかくていいです。
焼酎の他に日本酒が2銘柄ありました。景虎 1合 700円を冷やでいただきました。九州では景虎を置いている居酒屋はほとんどないのでちょっと嬉しかった。
料理は、地鶏せせりの炭火焼き、トマトとクリームチーズのカプレーゼ、餃子、炒飯をいただきました。炭火焼きの地鶏はもも肉もせせりも黒っぽくなります。そんな見た目ながらせせりはジューシーでやわらかくうまかった。小食な私は〆の炒飯を食べきれないと思いお店の人とシェアしました。それでも半炒飯とは思えないボリュームで食べ終わったら満腹。
店主の女性は話し好きのようで、カウンターの端に立っていろんな話をしました。お客さんが多いとなかなかそうはできないでしょうが、当日はGW 明けの月曜日でお客さんは少なく、1人の私は楽しい時間を過ごせました。持っていた文庫本を開くことはありませんでした。
ビール小、日本酒1合、木挽ブルー1合、料理4品、お通しで4,600円。CP は普通ながら楽しかったのでまた行くかも。
