Our proud Edomae kabayaki is made using carefully selected thick live eel and slowly grilled over special charcoal. The scent of fragrant charcoal and secret sauce will whet your appetite. Please enjoy the plump and thick eel. We offer Unaju (Small, Average, High, Special), Kasaneju, Unagi Mabushi, Kabayaki, Shirayaki, Kimoyaki, Umaki, and Ipponyaki.
