This shop is located on the top floor of Nagano Tokyu Department Store. I have occasionally bought things from the food section in the basement, but this was my first time coming to the store. I entered the store as soon as it opened at 11:00. The store is quite spacious. Black Pork Fillet Cutlet Set 2,480 yen (tax included) The loin and fillet are the same price. It comes with a special fillet sauce. It is lighter in flavor than the sauce on the table. The fillet has a crispy coating and the inside is more mushy than I expected, but it still has a delicious flavor. You can have as much rice, miso soup, and cabbage as you like.
