At our restaurant, we use smoke exhaust equipment to exhaust the air inside the restaurant along with the smoke from the grill, and bring in fresh air. The air inside the restaurant is replaced approximately every minute. Normally, we only operate the smoke exhaust equipment at tables where customers are present, but as one of the measures against COVID-19, we are currently operating the smoke exhaust equipment at all tables to prevent the air from stagnating inside the restaurant. |
