信州長野、寿司east百名店、すし崇さんです。
1ヶ月前、金曜お一人様予約でお伺いしました。今夜も満席、予約必須ですね。
東京久兵衛などで修行されたとの事。丁寧で研究されたつまみとお寿司が提供されます。
玉はカカオ入りでデザートです。幸。
テキパキ仕事をしながらも、お話上手で楽しくお寿司を堪能出来ました。
お隣の長野在住ご夫婦に、日本酒をご馳走になったり、居心地のよいお寿司屋さんでした。
