もう蕎麦食べない。
寿司食べる。
蕎麦三昧に差し込んだ寿司。
地元出身の大将があえて海なし県で営むハイクオリティ寿司。
まあ今日びのネタなんて一度豊洲に入れたものをまた全国に展開してるわけだから…寿司屋やるのも別に海のそばじゃなくてもいいんだよね。うん。薄々気づいてた。
というわけでまったく地魚のない(当たり前)寿司コースをいただく。東京でも一応穴子とか地の物だったりするから。この一切地元のものがないってアプローチはかなり珍しいよね。
最初に出た鮎の稚魚も惜しくも隣県の物。
初めて食べたけど、ほぼシラスなんだけど確かに奥の方に鮎らしい苦味がある。これは印象的に美味しい。
最後のウニは海苔じゃなくてきゅうりの軍艦のこだわり。確かにこの方がウニを邪魔せずいいかもしれない。
何より印象的だったのは入口に鎮座する「月刊少年チャンピオン」。
高橋ヒロシ先生お気に入りの店らしい。
