→大将と女将さんのお二人で切り盛りされている。大将は東京にて修行を経て、こちらにお店を構えたそう。ご夫婦であるせいか、息は抜群で、サービスに抜かりはない。店内はカウンターで、地元の富裕層が集まっている。サービスのテンポも完璧で素晴らしかったです。
