A la carte dishes: Sea cucumber, octopus simmered in cherry blossoms, capelin, puffer fish milt... In the nigiri, smallfin squid, halfbeak, yellowtail and Nozawana leaves, red meat, fatty tuna, the most famous sea urchin cucumber gunkan, fried egg... It doesn't seem like there are even two rotations, so you can eat slowly without worrying about the time. I received it. I'm full. Since the prefecture doesn't have a sea, the fish wasn't caught locally, but I was able to enjoy the flavor that only comes from coming to Nagano, such as the use of Nozawana leaves.
