本日は出張で長野におじゃまして、ホテルでこちらのお店を紹介されました。
ホテルから歩いて1〜２分で良いお店でした。
お通しは肉じゃがでした。
注文は野沢菜漬けの天ぷらと信州川魚三種盛り（雪鱒と信州サーモン＆信州岩魚）を注文。
続いて長芋と牛蒡の天ぷらに馬肉の五種盛りです。
馬肉は熊本や青森の五戸だけかと思っていたら長野も馬肉を食する文化があるようです。
そして最後におやきです。
おやきは野沢菜とネギ味噌、茄子のさん種類をお願いしました。
お酒は「八重原純米大吟醸の大信州」です。
純米なので甘めですがすっきりしていて飲みやすいお酒でした。
それにお店の方がサービスで「裏佐久乃花」を出してくれました。
「佐久乃花」というお酒はどこでもあるそうですが、この裏佐久はなかなか手に入らないとの事でした。
言われた通りどこのお土産屋さんに行ってもこのお酒はありませんでした。
辛口のお酒ですが飲んだ瞬間は甘さが広がって後から炭酸のようにシュワッとした辛さがきます。
私は大好きな飲み心地でした。
本日も楽しく美味しくいただきました。
