◆2 minutes walk from Nagano Station◆Enjoy high-quality and delicious Japanese beef at Yakiniku (Grilled meat) ◎Private rooms and tatami rooms... Plenty of space to relax*
Miszi is conveniently located just a two-minute walk from Nagano Station. This yakiniku Yakiniku (Grilled meat) takes pride in its safe, secure, and delicious wagyu beef. The wagyu beef they purchase |
It's getting hot and I'm feeling a bit tired, so I want to eat Yakiniku (Grilled meat). I headed to Misuji in front of the station to have some delicious meat for once. This is a sister restaurant of Choshunkan, a famous Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant in Nagano. Take the elevator from the first floor of the building to the fourth floor, and enter the restaurant along the corridor to find a clean and neat restaurant. Sitting at a large table, I looked at the menu and saw that there was a set that offered a little bit of each of the four cuts. I was interested in this, so I added the sagari and ordered the stone-grilled bibimbap from the start. Then, I had a glass of red wine. The set consisted of four types of meat, including the unfamiliar cuts of ribeye and fillet, as well as the triangular and triangular bara. First, I started with the thickest fillet. Even if you think you've cooked the thick cuts well, the inside may not be cooked, making it difficult for an amateur to cook the meat properly. When you eat it after cooking it for a while, it has a moist texture and the flavor of the soft beef oozes out. There is little fat, so you can really taste the flavor of the red meat. The thick cut rib roast is even more tender, the sweetness of the melting fat spreads in your mouth, and the wine is delicious. The meat quality is as expected. The Tomo Sankaku looks like it has delicious fat, but when you eat it, it is so hard that you have trouble chewing it. The Sankaku Belly is full of fat, and it feels like you are only eating the sweet and fragrant delicious fat. The skirt steak tasted as expected from my experience at [a:20002414,Choshukan]. I like the taste and texture of the lean meat with little fat, and it was satisfying to eat. I changed the red wine to a different alcohol halfway through. It was too cold and had no depth, so it was not my favorite. The stone-grilled bibimbap was full of namul. It was delicious Yakiniku (Grilled meat). Drinking a lot of beer and grilling a lot of Yakiniku (Grilled meat) is good, but it's also nice to slowly enjoy the delicious parts like this time.
