信州の福味鶏の焼き鳥♡
地酒も豊富で◎
お通しはとり味噌がのった冷奴♡
お通しがこのレベルにおいしいと期待大ですね！
焼き串ほぼ全種類と、長野の隠れ名物「サバ缶」を注文。
柔らかいけどしっかり弾力がある福味鶏でした♡
特にレバーがおいしかった〜！
鯖缶も！
最初味噌煮なのかと思ってたので、水煮で驚きましたが、
しっかり鯖に旨味があるからすごくおいしかった〜！
ホールは奥さんが1人で担っていて、
せっせととても忙しそうなのにすごくいい接客で
よかったです◎おすすめ！
