The grilled Grilled skewer on the iron plate are light and smooth, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and you can enjoy the original flavor of the ingredients that lock in their sweetness.
... They can be enjoyed with wine, beer, sake, etc. There is also a full Osaka menu, including chiritori nabe (made with Shinshu rice pork) taught by a Korean mother, chewy yakisoba with Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles), meat and egg omelet, and meat soup made with Shinshu beef. *Please make sure to come to the restaurant on an empty stomach (lol)
