本日のディナーは、長野市「酒菜やまざき 駅前店」です。
7,500円の飲み放題付きコースを楽しんだが、鮮度の良いお刺身に泳いでいるように焼き上げられた大型のカマス。
野菜の天麩羅に〆は、お寿司4貫。
左から中トロ・鯵・平目・カニむき身。
お刺身と同様鮮度が素晴らしいな。
お鍋が刺身の後に出てきて、タマネギスープが出てくる順番が微妙だったが、全体的には満足いくコースだったかな。
その辺の居酒屋の5,000円飲み放題コースに比べれは、しっかりと調理されており、厨房のスタンスと言うかプライドを感じた。
