...i Market in Tokyo to Hokkaido and Kyushu, and has established his own route. You can enjoy natural ingredients and seasonal flavors that can only be enjoyed at that time of year. The wasabi is from Azumino, Nagano Prefecture, delivered directly from the farm, and the rice is specially selected "Tsuyahime" from Yamagata Prefecture, delivered directly from the farm. Two types of sushi rice are used. The secret red vinegar is mellow and rich. The white vinegar is made without sugar, but from rice vinegar and sun-dried natural salt, which brings out the flavor of the rice itself and creates an addictive taste. Teppanyaki allows you to enjoy the flavors of premium Shinshu Kuroge Wagyu beef, local wild vegetables, and fresh vegetables. The calm interior of the restaurant has a fully private room for up to eight people to relax and a luxurious space of eight counter seats where you can watch the cooking in front of you.
