面白いコンセプトの店です。お寿司と鉄板焼きの店。
雰囲気
外観はこじんまりとした小料理屋風。店内はややグレーで照明を落としてあるため、落ち着いているとも言えますし、寒々しいともいえます。ご主人と奥さまは柔らかい物腰で接遇は悪くありません。職人らしく正直で取り繕わない感じです。
店内は栃の一枚板（4-5ｍありそう）のカウンターと奥には４-５人用の個室1つ。このカウンターは見事です。
まだ知られていないためかこの日はお客が計4人で、ゆったりと落ち着いて食事ができました。
店内はきれいで清掃もなされています。トイレもきれいです。安普請な感じはありませんし、友達や彼女を連れて行ったら感心されそうです。
全体の雰囲気はデート向き。高齢夫婦でも若者同士でも良さそうです（若者にはやや高額ですが）。やさしい雰囲気の接遇と落ち着いた店内でゆったりとデートできます（連れも後日「また行きたい、また行きたい」の連呼でした）。
接待も落ち着いた連中なら可能。騒ぐのは合いません。カウンターしかありませんのでカウンター越しに職人さんと話すのが苦手な人は苦手かも。
料理
寿司と鉄板焼きです。こだわりがあるようで全体には悪くありません。鉄板焼きは奥さまが担当されていますがガーリックライスや肉の焼き方などあとちょっと勉強されたほうが良さそう。肉自体も味付けも悪くありませんが火加減なのかな？
日本酒や焼酎もあるのでしょうが、この日はワインだったのでそちらについて一言。ワインリストもあるのですが品ぞろえが僅少。店主も「もう少し増やしていこうと思っています、すみません」と言ってましたが、確かにもう少し選択肢が多いと嬉しいです。
とにかく惜しむらくは立地です。寂しくて暗い道沿い（長野都市ガスの前）。せめてせめて「ふたひろ」か「たのしや哲」あたりならまだ人が来そうですが、この場所は喧騒から離れすぎています。駅前に移転したらきっと繁盛するのに。
