今日は長野駅東口にある 蕎麦屋に行こうと思って
並んでいたが一向に入店できる兆しがない。
気の短い私はすぐにあきらめて、近くにあった「目利きの銀次」に飛び込んだ。
３０以上のブランドを展開するモンテローザグループの店だ。
長野駅東口すぐという立地ながら１３時過ぎの店内は閑散としている。
一人暮らしをしているので、何かと自炊はしているが、さすがに 魚焼きグリルを汚してまで焼き魚は作らない。我が家の魚焼きグリルはピザ窯になっている。
というわけで 自宅で食べない 本日の焼魚定食（サバ）を頂いた。
焼魚なので「少し時がかかります」とえらく愛想の良いお姉さんにいわれて待つこと１０分くらい。
半身の焼サバと冷ややっこに小鉢、おしんこ、味噌汁とご飯で８８０円。ご飯と味噌汁はセルフサービスでお代わり自由。みそ汁の具材は油揚げと、刻みネギでこちらも入れ放題だ。
定食のほかにもどんぶりものや多くのレパートリーがあるし、ホールのお姉さんの笑顔が素晴らしいのでまた来ようと思った。
