Ginji certainly had a good eye!
I went to Shogo Hamada's LIVE at the invitation of a colleague from work, and it was awesome! ``J.BOY'', which I bought when I was in high school, is the only album I own, so I thought they would only play songs I didn't know, but most of them were songs I had heard before. The view from the 3rd floor seats was spectacular as the arms of the audience in the arena looked like a swarm of Chinese eel swaying.And, at the end of the live performance, the party to satisfy your thirst and hunger was held at the live venue's Big Hat. 30 minutes walk from. I arrived at this place at the east exit of Nagano Station in perfect condition! Since it's a Monte Rosa group restaurant, I thought it would be something like this when I looked at the menu, but my expectations were exceeded in a good way. There are menu items such as ``turban shells'' and ``clams'' that you can eat while grilling on the table, which looks fun. As soon as we finished ordering, groups of people from the same generation who were clearly coming to the end of their LIVE participation started entering the store one after another. Everyone is thinking the same thing~ Then, the rectangular stove, “live turban shell pot roast @768 yen” and “exquisite!! crab miso shell grill @713 yen” arrived. As soon as I put it on the grill and start grilling, the scent of the ocean wafts through the air.The people of Nagano, a prefecture without a sea, get excited the moment they smell the scent of the ocean! When the special soy sauce sauce for Isoyaki injected into the turban shell sizzles, it's done. The crispy and crunchy turban shells are delicious~ I also tried grilling the ``live white clam Hamayaki @ 493 yen'', and it was delicious with the concentrated flavor of the ocean.Ginji was certainly a discerning person!

The shochu I kept because I couldn't finish it when I visited after Shogo Hamada's concert three months ago is about to expire. As someone who is poor, I can't bear to let things slip away. So, I happened to be working on a holiday and got my work done early, so I had the perfect opportunity to go out for drinks. Since it was still daylight, I entered the store with a sense of immorality. Normally, I'd just go with the ``raw'' version, but I ordered the shochu I had on hand. I also ordered the ``exquisite!! Miso shell grilled crab @ 713 yen'', ``Live turban shell grilled @ 768 yen'', and ``Live white clam Hamayaki @ 493 yen'' which were delicious when I visited last time. Anyway, I've never started drinking at a restaurant with something other than beer, so I don't know what pace to drink shochu mixed with water. For the time being, I grilled the clams and turban shells on a baking tray on the table while pouring a little shochu on them, and then drizzled the Hamayaki sauce over the turban shells. It's really delicious. Among them, the ``Crab Miso Shell Yaki'' is especially delicious. The umami of the crab miso is strong and the shochu goes well too. After checking out the other snacks on the menu, I ordered the "Grilled skewer Assortment (Sauce) @878 yen." The ` Grilled skewer'' plate comes with a brown dipping sauce, but I didn't add it last time because it seemed spicy, but when I tried it on, it was delicious. In addition to garlic, miso, and chili pepper, there are other umami ingredients that make Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) even better. I didn't add it last time and it was a loss. I just kept drinking potato shochu by myself, and I was able to finish it all, so I left feeling a sense of accomplishment. I feel like I'm ordering almost the same food as the last time I came.
