A brightly colored and aromatic soba made with Nagano S8, a new variety of soba introduced in the fall of 2013. *"Shinshu Jade Soba" is cultivated, processed, and sold on a limited basis, and is a registered trademark of Nagano Prefecture.
Food Soba Crepes 440 yen (3 pieces)
This is a ``thin soba Crepes style'' made with buckwheat flour. Inside, you can enjoy three flavors each: green onion miso, blueberry, and rhubarb. It's a reasonable dish at 440 yen for 3 pieces.
