開店時間に到着。お店の前の駐車ｽﾍﾟｰｽに車を止めて店内に。

相当にお勧めされた『はつがそば切り』に更科...
上田のおお西で修行したようだ。なので発芽そばを売りにしている。三種そば(発芽、更科、田舎)と野菜の天ぷら。蕎麦はおお西風の極細で、発芽そばはやはり独特の匂いがする。悪くはないが、特に美味いとも思えず。...
すごく美味しい十割そばとは思えないツルツル感が感動的でした。三色そばで発芽そばに変えてもらったのですがどのお蕎麦も美味しかったです。
