昼間この店の近くの蕎麦屋に行き、その際にたまたま
前を通ったので夜に。蕎麦屋だと、どうしても日本酒の
種類が限られているので、夜は日本酒の種類があるお店に。
残念ながら、あまり時間が無かったので、じっくりと
飲めませんでしたが、いい感じでしたよ。肴もなかなか
気が利いたモノが揃っていました。
個人的には、信州だから、もう少し地元の食材を使用した
料理があったら嬉しかったのですが・・・海の魚はあまり
要らないなぁ。地元のお客様にはいいのでしょう。
次回は、もう少しゆっくりと、じっくりとこの店と
信州のお酒を楽しみたいですね。
