昼に利用しました。
予約の際、電話の男性の応対がとてもよく、期待して伺いました
歴史ある建物を美しくモダンに改装し、よい雰囲気になっています。
土間の通路から厨房がオープンになっており、きびきびと働く様子が見えました。
3段のお重のお蕎麦つき（2000円）と限定ステーキ御膳（２２００円）をいただきました。
お重のお蕎麦が美味しかったです。ステーキも良いお味と焼き加減でした。
女性のお客様や少し年配のご夫婦が多く、その方たちには丁度良い量です。
残念なことが１つ。
少し年配のお給仕の女性が、隣の席のお料理を運ぶのに、
衝立で仕切られた私たちの席の側を毎回通るのです。それもズカズカと。
その方は奥のお座敷に行くのにも、隣のお部屋からは襖が空けられて通路になっているのに、
私の後ろの襖からショートカットしていくのです。
続きの和室で、廊下で振り分けられている作りではない為、必ずどこかを通らなければならないのですが、
動線はきちんと決めておかれた方が良いと思います。
その他の、袴の若い方は「どちらからおいでですか？暑い日が続きますね」とか、
コミュニケーションをとろうと頑張っておられたし、和服の方（多分女将さん？）はきちんとした身のこなしで気配りもよく、
お会計や入り口担当の若い男性はにこやかで、とても好感が持てました。
まるで一流ホテルの様でした。
値段もお手ごろで、ちょっとした集まりや、お客様をお連れして松本の雰囲気を味わうのに良いお店だと思います。
