Relais & Châteaux started with eight Auberge connecting Paris and Nice, France. Later, Relais Gourmand, Relais de Campagne, and Château Hotels merged to form Relais & Châteaux in Paris. Currently, hotels and Restaurants are members in 62 countries, and it has become a benchmark for food and travel. New members undergo a rigorous screening process, and only unique hotels and Restaurants that share the values of Relais & Châteaux are allowed to become members.

A hideaway restaurant for adults located in the courtyard of Matsumoto's prestigious merchant house "Mitsuya". If you take a detour from Matsumoto Station towards the National Treasure Matsumoto Castle, you will be able to take a break while walking around the courtyard and on the grounds that are designated as a nationally designated tangible cultural property!
