2015年8月某日昼・・・。
場所は長野県松本市。
県外からの観光客が多い時期です。
松本城に行ったら内観には90分待ちとの表記が。
・・・やめました。
そこで予約もせずに人気店に行ってみます。
『みよ田 松本店』。
この行列、やばい。
というか、予約もせずに伺った自分に反省。
さすがにこの時期、この時間。
どこを見ても満席、行列。
中町通りを歩きながら行列のない飲食店を探します。
辿り着いたのがこちら。
『ゆきよし』。
８人での訪問で奇跡の同席可能！
「それでは味は？」
・・・さっそくお邪魔してみます。
松本に来た時から気になっていた馬肉を食べてみよう
ということで私は下記をオーダー。
■馬刺しセット 1,200円
■ざるそば 650円
蕎麦も松本に来てから食べていなかったので
無理をしてオーダーしました。
馬刺しセットはかなり厚切りの馬刺しが８切れほど。
あまり霜降り状ではなく、きれいな赤身の部位。
しかし、スジを噛み切るのにひと苦労。
蕎麦について。
松本は長野の中でも指折りの蕎麦の本場。
まさに本場中の本場です。
ですが、お世辞にも美味しいとは言えない普通の蕎麦でした。
なんとなく乾麺の味わい。
やっぱり本場でもしっかりと店選びをしないと
こういうことになるんですね。
