■Store name Irinishi ■Location Matsumoto station ■Budget 1000-2000 yen ■Menu ordered -Today's lunch Half soba soba + mini Ten-don (tempura rice bowl)----- Business trip in Matsumoto city, Nagano prefecture. The day before, I was on a business trip to Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture, so on this day I spent nearly four hours traveling in the morning. I arrived at Matsumoto Station just after 12 o'clock on a weekday, but the bar district with many Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in front of the station was deserted and I was a lunch crowd. Matsumoto feels like it's pretty much exhausted, but I visited this store in an attempt to develop a new business. A Japanese restaurant with completely private rooms. The interior was wonderfully decorated with a Japanese feel throughout. There didn't seem to be any customers in front of us, and there was only one group of customers after us. It's a bit of a walk from the station, and there didn't seem to be many office buildings nearby, so it might be difficult to attract customers. The above is what I ordered this time. >Today's lunch is half-mori soba + mini Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) bowl with dipping sauce, but the soup stock is effective and it's delicious enough to drink as is. Perhaps it was a seafood soup stock, but the soup had a rich flavor and was not too salty. I didn't have to soak all the soba noodles, just a little dipping was enough. Soba is a light and easy-to-eat type of noodles. Maybe 20% or something. Sorry for not being detailed. Personally, I find that if the soba flavor is too strong, I get tired of it towards the end, so it's just right. I ended up dying because I didn't have enough dipping sauce at the end, so everyone please be careful lol. The soba noodles are handmade and not very chewy, but they are crisp and delicious. *We do not recommend Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) as it is seasoned only with Japanese pepper and sauce and is not tasty. I left it as normal. that's all. Shinshu soba is still of a high level! I was disappointed in the mini Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) this time, but the soba itself is delicious, so I think it's good. It's also nice that it's empty. There is a famous soba restaurant nearby, but it's a little-known spot because it's crowded. I'd like to come at night next time. I would like to try Japanese cuisine. Thank you for the meal. I'll come back later. Before posting:3.09
