このお店は、信州のものを存分に味わいたいときにおすすめです。
・信州そばたべくらべ
・やたら漬け
・おたぐり
・そば食べくらべ
田舎そばと細そばの２種もりです。
お店のかたに「最初は塩だけつけてそば本来の味を楽しんで」とご提案いただき、
まずはその方法で一口。
ほんのりそばの甘味があり、塩がいい塩梅に締めてくれます
細そばはつるっと喉越しが良いです。
田舎そばはしっかり・どっしりという感じ。麺の太さも細そばに比べて太めです。
個人的には田舎そばが好きでした
・やたら漬け
お漬物、野菜、唐辛子などが細かく刻んであえてあります。
生姜も刻んで入れてあり、生姜が当たると、口の中に生姜のガッツリした味が広がります
これはお酒のあてに最高なおつまみです。
・おたぐり
馬のもつ煮です。
馬肉のもつは、初めて食べました。
ジビエ独特のにおいや味がすると思いきや、全然そんなことはない。
味噌でしっかり煮込まれていて、こちらもお酒が進む味でした。
白ごはんにのせて食べても美味しいかも
最初のドリンクのみ、店員さんが注文をとってくれましたが、
その後の注文はQRコードを自分のスマホに読み込んで、自身のスマホから注文します。
信州の味を満喫できました。ごちそうさまでした。
