松本城の南東、城の堀土を盛り上げたという上土町。松本ではこの辺りの雰囲気が一番いい。路地裏にひっそりとある満まるさん。店内に入るとカウンターにテーブル席、暖簾がある半個室。落ち着いた店です。お通しの帆立から始まり、刺し盛り。美味しい。山賊焼に鳥わさ。地酒は夜明け前、亀齢、女鳥羽の泉など長野、松本の酒を取り揃えています。後で気が付いたのですが、松本出身の作家太田和彦さんのおいしい旅という本に載っていました。名店きく蔵で修行した店主。自分の店を持つにあたり、すぐ近くでもきく蔵の店主は快く許してくれたとか。良い話です。きく蔵と並ぶ松本の名店です。
