They also recommend their a la carte dishes made with seafood delivered directly from Tsukiji Market, Shinshu game meat provided by the local hunting association, and fresh vegetables sourced from contracted farmers. You can enjoy local Shinshu Local Cuisine such as Sanzoku-yaki, horse sashimi, horse motsu-ni, Nozawana, Shinshu salmon, and carp soup. You can enjoy the Obanzai-style, where dishes are served on large plates and then separated into small plates, which is rare in Shinshu. The 3,500 yen course, which includes all the menu items and all-you-can-eat and drink for 90 minutes, is also popular.
