It's located in a bar district near Matsumoto Station. The exterior of the store has a prominent sign that says "Stamina Yakitori." Order draft beer, Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), and fried chicken. I was surprised when draft beer came out! There is foam art at Matsumoto Castle. It's cool.This store is said to be Suntory's Kamiawa Chotatsujin store. It seems that the temperature of the mug is also fixed, so it is not a frozen mug. The way the beer is poured is also very carefully done, giving you a sense of Kodawari. Introducing fried chicken. White fried chicken with ginger salt. Matsumoto is known for Sanzoku-yaki, but personally I was looking for a simple salty fried chicken with a bit more garlic. In that respect, this ginger and salt fried chicken was really my favorite flavor. The five yakitori selection dishes are not impressive, but they are deliciously grilled. The inside of the restaurant has an atmosphere reminiscent of Sports Bar, but the food is polite and honest. The customer service is also frank and pleasant. This is a store I would like to visit again. Thank you for the meal.
