本格手打ちそばとジンギスカン。
この日の蕎麦は、八坂産。お店で粉から挽いている。
ジンギスカンも1400円でまずまずの肉の量。タレ独創的。
地元のそば屋で一番うまい(家族公認)
信州新町の外れ国道19号沿いにある「ひはら」と言う食堂。
何故か？28フィート位のクルーザーが山に停泊中？でそれが目印しになる。
前の道路に「ひな」と言うバス停も有るが、果たして利用者がいるのだろ...
