信州産の食材を使った料理が豊富で、お値段はチョッと高め・・・地元の人よりも、観光客や出張客をターゲットにしているように思えます。
初体験の「信州サーモン」は、長野水産試験場が作ったニジマスとブラウントラウトを交配した一代限りの養殖品種だそうで、「鮭臭さ」が少なくサッパリとおいしいお刺身です。
