ビジネスホテルで朝食も出しているレストランなので正直期待はしていませんでした。
6000円のコースをお願いしましたが信州牛のステーキなど外はカリッと中はジューシーで最高の焼き加減でした。馬刺しなどどれも非常に美味しく頂きました。
お店で薦められた稀少な日本酒『信州亀齢』を頂きましたがくどい後味が残らない飲み口で素晴らしかったです。
次回も利用させて頂きます。
