かなりこだわっているらーめん屋さんだと思います。
どこにもないらーめんが食べられるので、一度は行く価値のあるお店ではないでしょうか。
ただお店の場所がわかりづらいかもしれませんね。

鶏白湯よりも軽めで、やはりブイヨンなんだろう。
鶏ガラスープのような澄んだスープではないが、臭みも無く喉ごしも優しく、
骨から出たザラついた感触も無い、初めて体験するスープです。
