長野プチ旅行シリーズ 7
新鶴本店さんで塩羊羹をゲットした後は少し移動して万治の石仏等を見た後移動してこちらの観光荘さんでお昼ご飯をいただきます。
10時30分頃に到着してウェイティングボードに記名しに行くと本日の開店時間は10時50分となっていました。
食べログの情報ではお店の開店時間は11時となっていましたが、日によって多少前後するのでしょうか？
ウェイティングボードに記名した人からまずは店内へ案内された後、記名順に案内されていきます。
ただ、お店はかなり大箱な様でその後もどんどん案内されていきました。
ざっと見渡す限り客層は7〜8割くらいがご年配の方でした。
注文は特うな重をお願いしました。
約15分位で配膳されました。
関西風の蒸さずに素焼きされたうなぎはかなり肉厚で甘めのタレで焼かれており非常に美味しかったのですが、やや焼きが足りないと感じました。
もう少し焼いてあればもっともっと美味しかったと思います。
味変用としてワサビダレがついてきましたが、このワサビダレめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。
うなぎのタレとワサビとネギを混ぜてあるとの事でしたが甘いうなぎのタレとの相性バッチリでした。
買って帰りたかったので、レジまわりに売ってないのかな？と思って探しましたが、残念ながら売っていませんでした。
まあ、自力で作ってみましょう。
特を注文した為うなぎが4枚もありましたので、後半うなぎがかなり余りましたね。
バランス的には2枚、もしくは3枚で充分だと思います。
あとこちらのお店は店員さんの接客がみなさん素晴らしかったです。
年配の店員さんはもちろん若い店員さんも素晴らしい接客をされていました。
非常に良い気持ちで残りの諏訪大社巡りに向かう事が出来ました。
また伺いたいと思います。
