関西風を求め足を延ばしましたが、大満足でした。
1.0と評価した有楽町にある名古屋が本店のx×富士の、皮がブヨブヨなうな丼とは天地の差でした。
特に別皿のうなぎは、薄い皮がパリッとサクッとした食感で香りも香ばしく、厚い身はふっくらと焼きあがっていて絶品でした。自分の中では過去最高のうな重になりました。
特上は2切れが別皿、2切れはご飯に乗ってきますが、なぜがご飯に乗っていたうなぎは皮のパリッとした食感がなく、物足りなさを感じました。連れも同様でした。ご飯の熱・水分の影響でしょうか。
