新型コロナ禍の影響か、それとも旅館から出ないためか、静かな上諏訪の街です。
「並木はちコー」さんのカウンターに空きがありました。
瓶ビールをいただきましょう。
サッポロの赤星をお願いします。
お通しはコールスローです。
グループで盛り上がる店内。
活気がある「並木はちコー」さんです。
オーダーは素早く、早くできるもの、温冷まぜて。
レース勘と同じようなものですかね？
最近は令和の禁酒令で実戦が減っておりますが、うまくできました。
瓶ビールから１２分ほどでカマボコが到着。
ボコビーの完成です。
かまぼことビールでボコビー。
はずれのない組み合わせです。
小心者で安定を求めるショテマエに相応しい組み合わせ。
そのまま。お醤油、わさび、わさび醤油と４つの組み合わせで楽しみます。
ビールの後は日本酒。
諏訪には日本酒の蔵元さんがたくさんあります。
地元諏訪の麗人をお願いします。
すっきりと美人な日本酒。
湖衣姫、そして南野陽子さんを思い出しますね。

お刺身３点盛りも到着。
なかなか新鮮で美味しいお刺身。
日本酒がすすみますね。
おかわり日本酒は本金太一。
隣の紳士のおすすめです。
すっきり辛口でお刺身にあいますね。
お刺身でさくっと日本酒を飲んでお帰りになりました。

最後はお野菜をいただきながら、焼酎ロック。
美味しいお酒をたくさんいただきました。
